Effective date: July 20, 2026. L.P. Mooradian Co. ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, phone, email, and project details when you request an estimate or contact us.
  • Photos you upload to the Room Visualizer: handled by Roomvo, the company that provides our product catalog and visualizer, to create your preview. We do not receive or store them. Roomvo’s privacy policy explains how they handle photos.
  • Basic usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type, general location). Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Our product catalog is provided by Roomvo, which may also use cookies. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

  • To respond to your estimate request or inquiry.
  • To contact you about your project — by phone, email, or text only if you've checked the consent box.
  • To improve this website.

Sharing, retention, your choices

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., scheduling, messaging), never for their own marketing. You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time: [email protected]. Texts: reply STOP to opt out at any time.

  • Informational content. Pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change and confirmed only in a written estimate. Colors shown on screen (including in the Room Visualizer) are approximations — always confirm with a physical sample.
  • Visualizer. The Room Visualizer is a preview aid only; results are simulated and not a promise of final appearance.
  • Intellectual property. Site content, images, and branding belong to L.P. Mooradian Co. or its licensors; don't reuse without permission.
  • Limitation of liability. This website is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
  • Governing law. Wisconsin, venue Brown County.
